The staff and vets are very compassionate, helpful, and efficient! I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for checking in, seeing the doc, scripts or payment. They are so gentle with my little girls.
The vet and staff are so amazing, I found them and brought my cat into them who was not doing very good, since seeing Dr. Kane my Betty White has gotten so much better, she feels amazing, her skin is back to normal, and is back to her playful self. I’ve had her for 13 years so I was very sad of the unknown walking into her apt and left happy and smiling knowing she was going to be okay. I will never go to another vet! Thank you guys for all being amazing always!
We have used Evergreen Animal Hospital for many, many years for our pets and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Recently we brought our brand new puppy there for a wellness check with Dr. Kane. We were able to get an appointment within a few days of calling, we arrived on time and were promptly shown to a room where his assistant asked questions and got Brandi ready for the doctor. All of my questions were answered without feeling like I was being rushed through the process. Checkout was quick and easy too. I highly recommend them!
I have been bringing my dogs to Evergreen for a few years now, and I can only say great things about everybody working there. Dr. McCann is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend taking your pets there.
This is the first vet I have gone to that my dog isn’t scared of. They are always kind and warm to him, and to me. We always receive excellent service—they always provide me with lots of information, and they answer all of my questions patiently. One tech even referred to herself as “auntie”, which made me feel right at home. I’ll never change vets!
Recently moved to the area, I needed to get my cat updated on his vaccines. He’s extremely nervous, timid, and terrified around other people, so I was very anxious. Taking him in to see a new vet. The staff was amazing from the time I made the phone call to make my appointment. They were prompt courteous, and the vet was so compassionate and understanding she had an amazing, gentle mannerisms, and she put me at ease immediately. Everyone was wonderful and warm.
