Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We put great effort into scheduling to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves.
Our Cancellation Policy Is As Follows:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $45 fee.
The second failed appointment will result in the appropriate fee. We will require pre-payment of the $85.00 exam fee to reschedule.
The first failed appointment will not result in a charge. Evergreen Animal Hospital will go over our policy with you.
The third failed appointment will result in the appropriate fee and may include termination of the client relationship.
