Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We put great effort into scheduling to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves.
Our Cancellation Policy Is As Follows:
A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We put great effort into scheduling to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves. We respect your time and sincerely hope you will respect ours.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $47.00 fee.
The second failed appointment, within a 6 month period, will result in the appropriate fee and an $92.00 deposit prior to re-scheduling an appointment.
The third failed appointment will result in the appropriate fee and an $92.00 deposit prior to re-scheduling an appointment. Additional appointments will be charged an $92.00 deposit for a period of 1 year from the last failed appointment.
Should you fail to arrive for an additional appointment within the 6 month period your deposit is forfeit and the client relationship may be terminated.
Technician visits:
Technician visits will incur a $20 fee when cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrival to Appointment:
Upon arriving 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment there will be a $47.00 late fee.
Arriving 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will result in a $47.00 late fee and require rescheduling the appointment.
